Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book A&A Oasis?
Submit the booking request form on our website. Once availability is confirmed, you’ll receive payment instructions to secure your reservation.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A non-refundable (1/2 total deposit) is required to hold your date and time. The remaining balance is due prior to your event. If there is inclement weather, we will make all attempts to reschedule.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks. Last-minute bookings may not be available depending on the time of year (busy season).
How many guests are allowed?
Events may host up to 150 guests. For any party between 50 and 74 guests, we require a minimum of one security guard to be present from the start of the event until all guests have fully dispersed. Parties above 75 requires two security guards.
Security must be arranged and paid for directly by the hosting party. If A&A Oasis is required to coordinate or manage security on your behalf, the total cost of the guards will be billed plus an additional 20% administrative fee.
Is the space private?
Yes — you have exclusive use of outside facilities during your rental including the pool, outdoor kitchen, outdoor restroom, games. This does not include anything inside the home. We do have dogs, but they are walked out front and do not utilize the back yard.
Do you provide lifeguards?
No. All swimming is at your own risk.
